Job summary

Nutrien Harcourts Alexandra is looking for a Property Management Business Development Manager to grow the property management portfolio and build lasting relationships with property investors in Alexandra, VIC. You will lead a team, oversee a quality rental portfolio, and drive new business opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, proven property management experience, and a proactive approach to expanding the rent roll while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to achieve outstanding results.
• Oversee the management of a quality residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures.
• Identify and secure new property management opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll.
• Network within the local community to generate referrals and new business.
• Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the agency.
