Job summary

You will conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews and lease renewals, ensure compliance with legislation and agency procedures, and identify new management opportunities while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management or high level administration.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and multi-tasking skills.
• Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or
• Current driver's license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
