Job summary

Redsbaby Pty in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Product Manager to own readiness, compliance, supplier coordination and ongoing improvements across 25 hours a week.

You'll work with the Product Marketing Specialist, Design and Operations teams, coordinate with offshore suppliers, run user trials and support roadmap and NPD timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple launches in 2027.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in product management, product coordination or a related role within consumer goods or durables.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with product compliance, testing, supplier liaison or product development is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product data, specifications and Excel.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful approach with ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage product compliance, testing and certification requirements with third-party labs, R&D and suppliers.
• Own product packaging, user guides, warning labels and documentation for Australian and international markets.
• Coordinate product user trials, surveys, pilot runs and focus groups.
• Liaise with offshore suppliers to coordinate samples, technical requirements and product changes.
• Monitor customer feedback, warranty reports and reviews to identify improvements.
• Prepare and maintain ECNs, communicating updates across the business.
• Support MD with product roadmap development, NPD and sourcing briefs.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, pricelists and technical documentation.
