Job summary

Redsbaby Pty in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Product Manager to own readiness, compliance, supplier coordination and ongoing improvements across 25 hours a week.

You'll work with the Product Marketing Specialist, Design and Operations teams, coordinate with offshore suppliers, run user trials and support roadmap and NPD timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple launches in 2027.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in product management, product coordination or a related role within consumer goods or durables.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with product compliance, testing, supplier liaison or product development is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product data, specifications and Excel.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful approach with ability to work independently and across teams.

Product Manager | Part Time (25 hours per week)

Join Redsbaby, Australia's leading pram brand, in a hands‑on Product Manager role spanning product readiness, compliance, supplier coordination and ongoing product improvements.

With an ambitious product roadmap and multiple major launches planned for 2027, we're looking for an organised, detail‑oriented Product Manager to help bring our next generation of products to market.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll manage product readiness and ongoing improvements while contributing to product roadmap development, sourcing and NPD timelines.

We run a narrow, considered product range, with 4 to 6 launches a year, so you'll know every product inside out.

You'll work closely with our Product Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team of 10 specialists, as well as our Design and Operations teams and offshore suppliers.

This is a varied role combining product expertise, technical coordination, analytical thinking and hands‑on execution.

Part‑time details:

25 hours a week across 5 shorter days, 9:00am to 3:00pm, with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Zetland office and Tuesday and Friday from home.

What you'll do

Manage product compliance, testing and certification requirements, working with third-party laboratories, R&D and suppliers to resolve issues.

Own product packaging, user guides, warning labels and supporting documentation for Australian and international markets.

Coordinate product user trials, surveys, pilot production runs and focus groups.

Liaise directly with offshore suppliers to coordinate samples, technical requirements, product changes and improvements.

Monitor customer feedback, warranty reports and reviews, working with Design and the Managing Director to identify and implement product improvements.

Prepare and maintain Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring product updates are communicated across the business.

Support the Managing Director with product roadmap development, NPD and sourcing briefs, supplier evaluations and development timelines.

Maintain accurate product specifications, comparison tables, pricelists and technical documentation, keeping relevant teams informed of changes.

Act as a key internal product expert, working closely with the Product Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team.

Maintain product listings on ProductReview.com.au and coordinate product awards and certification submissions.

Support SKU and category sales reporting, product review analysis, competitor research and product presentations.

About you

2+ years' experience in product management, product coordination or a related role, within consumer goods or consumer durables.

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience with product compliance, testing, supplier liaison or product development is highly regarded.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product data, specifications and Excel.

Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline are desirable.
