Job summary

The Customer Experience Company in Sydney seeks a Product Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of client products, combining product, project and delivery management. You will coordinate with designers, engineers and clients to shape product strategy, plan releases, and ensure smooth go-lives.

You will move between disciplines through the week, prototype ideas, manage risk, and drive consistent delivery across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Three+ years delivering digital products in consultancy or agency.
• Experience running multiple client projects in parallel.
• Strong command of Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders; negotiating scope and budget.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs and deployments.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn statements of work into timelines and release plans with the technical lead.
• Maintain RAID log and surface risks.
• Escalate issues early with mitigations.
• Report project health with progress, risk and confidence.
• Write and refine development tickets for the team.
• Plan deployments with engineering and stakeholders.
• Write release notes detailing changes and impact.
• Maintain technical documentation.
