Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking a Product Development Technologist in Cremorne, Melbourne for a 12-month parental leave contract. The role focuses on developing Home and Personal Care products for ANZ, coordinating technical requirements and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and vendors.

Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will contribute to innovative product concepts and ensure timely delivery. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, a mix of lab work and office collaboration, and

Qualifications

Experience working in FMCG or cleaning industry advantageous.
Ability to design and run experiments independently in a laboratory environment.
Familiarity with stability testing and claims substantiation methods.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical requirements to deliver products in Home and Personal Care categories for ANZ.
Drive new product innovation and core product renovation balancing speed, cost and quality.
Collaborate with Asia Regional Supply Chain and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Provide technical solutions during ideation sessions with Marketing and support Commercial teams.
Manage all technical documentation, briefs, product specifications and dossiers.
