IVE Group is seeking a part-time People & Culture Coordinator to join our Sydney team. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee records, and assist payroll and HR initiatives across our sites.

You’ll report to the General Manager, People & Development, and collaborate with a busy People & Culture function to deliver practical HR outcomes in a large, diverse Australian business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People & Culture or payroll support.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and issue employment contracts and variations in the HR platform.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information.
• Provide general HR administration and payroll support.
• Assist with People & Culture projects and initiatives.
• Support operational HR activities.
