Corfad Rail is seeking an experienced Payroll/Accounts Officer on a part-time basis to manage end-to-end payroll for the Victorian unit from our Heatherbrae office. You will join the Accounts team and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Key requirements include 1–3 years payroll experience with railway/construction awards, proficiency in Assignar and Xero, and strong communication and confidentiality. The role offers autonomy within a supportive Finance team.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years payroll experience with Railway/Construction awards.
• Experience with Assignar and Xero.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook literacy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end payroll processing for the Victorian unit.
• Complete month-end procedures and superannuation payments.
• Ensure employee payroll setup and timesheet processing.
• Respond to payroll queries and maintain data accuracy.
• Work autonomously or as part of the Finance team.
