Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Guest Services Officer to welcome and assist guests overnight, manage front desk operations, and uphold service standards.

You\'ll respond to guest requests, complete night audit duties, and collaborate with other departments to ensure safety and seamless operations, reporting to Front Desk Manager. Availability for weekends and holidays preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and spoken.
• Experience in front desk or night audit preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Proficiency with hotel software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight hours.
• Handle check-in/check-out and night audit tasks.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies.
