As our Obstetrics Services Administrator, you'll own the administrative journey for patients—from first contact to follow-up—and collaborate with obstetricians, midwives and hospitals to keep clinical workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in medical administration, preferably in specialist/private practice.
• Strong medical billing experience including Medicare and private health fund billing.
• Excellent patient communication with a compassionate approach.
• Sound knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care pathways.
• Exceptional organisation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each patient's obstetrics journey from enquiry to follow-up.
• Manage obstetrics billing and accounts, Medicare and private funds.
• Handle patient correspondence, referrals and confidential records.
• Provide reception support when required with a warm, professional touch.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives and hospitals to keep care seamless.
