Job summary

Mater Mothers’ Hospital in South Brisbane invites a part-time Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our private practice model and busy high-risk maternity service for 12 months. The role balances public obstetric care with privately funded maternity services and supports future private practice development.

As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to teaching residents, participating in clinical audits, safety and quality initiatives, and research, while delivering high-value care

Qualifications

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• FRANZCOG.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to both public obstetric and gynaecology patients and privately funded maternity care.
• Collaborate with medical, midwifery, allied health and non-clinician colleagues to deliver high-value, evidence-based care.
• Involve in teaching residents and registrars and contribute to clinical audits, safety and quality activities and research.
