Viewix Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Paid Media Specialist (Meta Ads) to plan, build and optimise campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This casual, on-site role in Dulwich Hill focuses on driving qualified leads through data-informed strategies, with budgets, A/B tests and performance reporting.

You'll collaborate with video producers and account teams to translate creative concepts into paid media, monitor KPIs, and continually refine targeting to improve results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Understanding of video-led ad creative and performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Set up audiences, targeting, pixels and conversion tracking
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to hit KPIs
• Run A/B testing on creative, audiences and copy
• Report on results and share clear insights with the team
• Collaborate with our products/editors and provide input to video content for paid performance
