Longines Melbourne boutique is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and build lasting relationships with clients. You will support daily boutique operations, maintain premium visual standards, and participate in ongoing brand and sales training.

The role requires availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends and late-night trading as needed, with a focus on achieving sales KPIs and cultivating client loyalty consistent

As a part time Client Advisor for Longines, you will create memorable experiences for our clientele by delivering exceptional service, sharing your product expertise and cultivating lasting customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving boutique objectives while upholding the standards of excellence synonymous with the Longines name.

• Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects the Longines brand
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long term customer loyalty
• Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPI’s
• Support the Boutique Management in the daily operations of the boutique
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects the prestige of the brand
• Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance and stock count and replenishment
• Develop and nurture the client database through proactive client engagement and follow up
• Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs
• Be available to work minimum 15 hours per week including weekend availability and late-night trading as required
