You will help achieve boutique objectives while upholding the Longines standard of excellence, and you must be available for a full-time roster including weekends and late nights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving results.
• Commitment to product knowledge and brand heritage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects the Longines brand
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long term customer loyalty
• Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPI’s
• Support the Boutique Management in the operations of the boutique
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects the prestige of the brand
• Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance and stock count and replenishment
• Develop and nurture the client database through proactive client engagement and follow up
• Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs
• Be available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and late-night trading as required
