Job summary

Longines in Melbourne seeks a brand ambassador to deliver personalised service, share product expertise and cultivate lasting client relationships.

You will drive boutique KPIs, support management, maintain premium visuals and contribute to stock counts and replenishment, while participating in ongoing brand training. Weekend and late-night availability is required in this prestigious environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects the Longines brand
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long term customer loyalty
• Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPI’s
• Support the Boutique Management in the operations of the boutique
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects the prestige of the brand
• Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance and stock count and replenishment
• Develop and nurture the client database through proactive client engagement and follow up
• Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs
• Be available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and late-night trading as required
