Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an Administrator for Learning and Development on a part-time basis. Based in Chirnside Park, you will support regional learning programs, coordinate administration for training activities, and work with volunteers and coordinators to build brigade capability.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, data management, and the ability to draft documentation. It offers hybrid work options and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven emergency services

Qualifications

• Drafting documents, correspondence and reports.
• Experience with MS Office, database management and exposure to financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating training administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all administrative requirements including support to meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and catering.
• Providing administrative support for the preparation of high-quality documentation, data and training material.
• Providing administrative support to database and systems management.
• Contributing to the coordination of training instructor and training course scheduling.
• Managing communication and correspondence to support the Frontline Learning & Development team.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external clients.
