Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an Administrator Learning and Development for an ongoing part-time role in Chirnside Park. You’ll support the Learning & Development team, coordinate regional training, and assist volunteers with program delivery.

This 0.6FTE position emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and strong administrative skills. Based in Chirnside Park, you’ll work with volunteers and coordinators, shaping documentation, data and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator with drafting documents, correspondence and reports.
• Sound skills in MS Office, database management and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative requirements including meetings logistics and agendas.
• Prepare high-quality documentation, data and training materials.
• Provide administrative support to databases and systems management.
• Coordinate training instructor and course scheduling.
• Manage communications to support the Frontline Learning & Development team.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
