Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking a Program Support Officer to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Training Design & Development team. You will help ensure learning materials are developed, quality-assured and delivered, coordinating schedules, records and logistics with a strong eye for detail.

The role involves supporting learning systems, preparing high-quality documents, and building relationships with stakeholders across CFA.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to scope and implement learning initiatives.
• Ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases.
