Zusammenfassung

Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a part‑time basis (18 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will partner with leaders and managers to interpret employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, advise on disputes, and support negotiations while promoting compliant, best‑practice workplace relations across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Industrial relations expertise and stakeholder engagement
• Experience interpreting legislation and enterprise agreements
• Familiarity with modern awards and sector awards
• Ability to coach managers on IR best practices
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Compliance-focused policy development

Aufgaben

• Provide IR advice on legislation, awards, agreements and policies to managers
• Manage workplace relations matters including grievances and investigations
• Support industrial disputes management and Fair Work Commission proceedings
• Lead and support Enterprise Agreement negotiations and restructures
• Develop IR policies and frameworks to promote compliance
• Coach leaders on employment obligations and workplace relations
