Job summary

Peoplecorp represents a values-driven not-for-profit based in Kensington, Sydney. The role is an HR Advisor with ownership of operational HR and full employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and records, plus support for pay review and salary benchmarking.

The position is part-time (0.4–0.6 FTE, two to three days per week), hybrid with Tuesdays on site and one additional day, with availability required throughout January 2027.

Qualifications

• Solid operational HR experience in small/lean environments.
• Experience designing and implementing HR processes from scratch.
• Knowledge of WHS is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to records.
• Support the annual pay review and salary benchmarking project.
• Help strengthen WHS practices and implement new processes.
