Gladstone Hospital is seeking a permanent part-time Operational Services Supervisor to lead the teams that keep the hospital moving. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate rosters, and drive safety, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, manage resources, respond to emergencies, and support your team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a coastal regional setting. The role offers salary up to $76,673 p.a.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Services across cleaning, catering, linen, waste, ward services, fire, safety and security.
• Supervise staff and daily operations, including rosters, training and mandatory requirements.
• Drive health, safety and compliance and oversee audits and relevant legislation.
• Manage operational resources, including maintenance requests, purchasing, invoices and admin tasks.
• Coordinate and resolve issues, respond to emergencies and undertake Fire Warden responsibilities.
