Job summary

Echuca Regional Health is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for headspace Echuca to oversee daily centre operations, drive improvements, and lead a small team delivering high-quality services for young people. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure efficient operations and a positive workplace culture.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent leadership experience, healthcare leadership, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience in healthcare settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and drive performance.
• Strong organisational skills and change management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
• Oversee daily centre operations, systems, technology and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and quality of service.
• Coordinate onboarding and operational support for staff and partners.
• Ensure compliant administrative, reception and documentation processes.
• Support the Centre Manager and backfill during leave periods.
