Job summary

Echuca Regional Health is hiring an experienced HR professional to join our People and Culture team in a full-time, permanent role. The position focuses on end-to-end HR activities, from policy improvement to industrial action, in a fast-paced regional hospital environment.

The successful candidate will lead industrial relations, recruitment, and HR data reporting to support executive decisions, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a community-focused health service.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Business Management required.
• 3+ years in a leadership or project management role (HR based).
• Experience in industrial relations and stakeholder engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain effective relationships with Unions, representing ERH in consultation, negotiations, and industrial matters as required.
• Lead, manage and support all industrial relation and disciplinary processes.
• Review and interpret HR data and metrics to support decision making and provide trending themes and strategic reports to the Executive Team.
• Support HR projects within the People and Culture team.
• Oversee all recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Support change and improvement within Human Resources and the entire organisation.
