Echuca Regional Health is seeking Health Care Workers to join our Pool workforce. You will operate across clinical areas to support patient-centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, delivering essential activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance / Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge and skill in relation to patient care, relevant to experience and scope of clinical practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality patient care and support with activities of daily living.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor and report patient wellbeing and changes in condition.
• Undertake delegated clinical tasks, including vital signs and BGL monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety, dignity and wellbeing at all times.

Formação académica

Certificate III in Health Services Assistance / Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent thereof.
