Job summary

Echuca Regional Health is seeking an Operations Lead for headspace Echuca to oversee day‑to‑day operations and support high‑quality services for young people. You will lead a small admin/client services team, manage operational processes and ensure compliance in a growing service environment.

The role reports to the Centre Manager and involves shaping systems, staff support, and backfill during leave, with opportunities for development in a supportive health network.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification or higher in Business/Health Administration or equivalent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience in healthcare settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and drive performance.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team to achieve operational goals and service excellence.
• Oversee daily centre operations, systems, technology and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
• Set up operational requirements for new programs and MBS processes.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding for staff and contractors.
• Monitor data quality, reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliant admin, reception and documentation systems.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with values.
