I-MED Radiology Network is seeking an Account Manager to drive referral growth and manage territory sales at our sites in Queensland. You will cultivate relationships with referrers, allied health professionals, and key stakeholders, while promoting our imaging services and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years proven sales success, ideally within healthcare.
• Ability to quickly learn technical information.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to travel to Brisbane approx three times per year and occasional weekends.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Drive Sales Growth: Build referrer relationships to achieve regional revenue and procedure targets.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to implement territory plans.
• Build Customer Relationships: Maintain partnerships with referrers and health professionals.
• Enhance Communication: Facilitate effective communication between referrers, Radiologists and clinic teams.
• Manage Territory Performance: Use Salesforce to measure activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor Clinics and Competitors: Track clinic services, pricing and competitor activity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clinic leaders and regional managers to support service delivery.
• Commit to Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and skills.
