Carlisle Health is seeking a Territory Manager - Medical Imaging for Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast. The role focuses on driving referral growth, building relationships with GPs and specialists, and expanding revenues across the region.

This permanent part-time position (4 days/week) reports to site teams and partners with clinical staff to deliver excellent referrer and patient experiences while promoting new services and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, territory management, medical sales, account management or a similar target-driven role.
• Experience in medical imaging, radiology, diagnostics or healthcare is highly regarded, as are existing relationships within the local referrer community.
• A track record of growing revenue, referrals or accounts against measurable targets.
• Confidence engaging with GPs, specialists and healthcare professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
• The ability to use data and insight to prioritise opportunities and drive action.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.

Responsibilities

• Use referral data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, understand changes in referral behaviour and focus activity where it will have the greatest impact.
• Represent Carlisle Health in the market, including referrer visits, education sessions, networking and local healthcare events.
• Partner with site and clinical teams to deliver an exceptional referrer and patient experience and support the uptake of new services, technology and equipment.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM and reporting rhythm, with clear visibility of activity, pipeline, performance and territory risks.
• Act as the voice of the referrer, bringing local market insight and feedback into the business.

Territory Manager - Medical Imaging (Bundaberg/Fraser Coast)

About the role

Carlisle Health is looking for an experienced Territory Manager - Medical Imaging to drive referral growth and revenue across Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week. You'll spend your time in market, building relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and practice teams across the region.

You'll be accountable for growing referrals, winning new referrers and increasing share of referrals from existing accounts, working closely with our local site teams to convert demand into sustainable growth.
