Account Manager – Cairns and Townsville

Part Time Permanent - 4 days a week

Are you a motivated and relationship-driven professional seeking a rewarding opportunity? Join our team as an Account Manager responsible for managing and growing key accounts across our clinics in Cairns and Townsville.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the primary contact for referring General Practitioners and Specialists within the region.

You will build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting the success of our partners and driving business growth.

This position is available as a Permanent Part-Time role working 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships across multiple clinics in the designated region.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing timely, effective solutions.
• Collaborate internally with operational and support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor account performance and report on key metrics to management.
• Participate in regional visits, meetings, and networking events to build presence and rapport.

Key Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
• Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car.
