Job summary

Panorama Radiology Specialists in Benowa, Gold Coast, seeks a professional Medical Liaison Officer for a permanent part-time role. You will engage with referring specialists and GPs to discuss MRI, interventional radiology and PET-CT, and work with the management team to refine marketing and referral strategies while tracking KPIs.

The ideal candidate has superb communication and presentation skills, can work independently, and looks to build strong referrer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with referring specialists, GPs and practices.
• Discuss and promote MRI, interventional radiology, PET-CT and clinic modalities.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing and referral strategy.
• Meet KPIs and work independently with guidance as needed.
• Monitor and analyse referral patterns, results and market activity.
• Represent the clinic professionally by phone and in person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and staff.
• Support effective communication between referrers, radiologist and clinical team.
