Job summary

PRORAW GYM in Melbourne is seeking a reliable, friendly Gym Assistant on a part-time basis to join our team and help maintain a welcoming fitness community.

You will greet members, provide friendly service, ensure the gym and facilities are clean and well-organised, and support daily operations and front desk duties as needed. Previous gym or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in gym or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Attitude, reliability, and willingness to be part of the PRORAW community.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and visitors as they enter the gym.
• Providing friendly customer service and general assistance.
• Keeping the gym floor, equipment, bathrooms and shared spaces clean and tidy.
• Helping maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment.
• Assisting with basic admin and front desk duties when required.
• Supporting the team with general gym operations.
• Reporting any equipment or maintenance issues to management.
• Helping create a positive member experience every shift.
