The role focuses on peak times with early mornings and evenings, supporting members through their journey and maintaining high standards when the gym is busiest. Training floor familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Gym sales experience is required to convert walk-ins to members.
• Experience on a training floor is essential to understand the space and flow.
• Warm, reliable and energised by people, with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in enquiries and convert them into members.
• Welcome members and create a genuine, switched-on atmosphere on the floor.
• Support the member experience and help new members settle in and stay.
• Hold front-of-house presence, cleanliness and standards during peak periods.
• Keep the floor running smoothly so coaches can focus on coaching.
