Temple Gym Varsity Lakes is seeking a warm, welcoming Gym Receptionist to join our team for 12-15 hours per week. You will deliver a friendly first impression and manage the member experience with care.

This role focuses on community, daily operations and a positive club atmosphere, with opportunities to assist classes and events. The ideal candidate loves people and may be a current Personal Trainer seeking a reception path.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Ideal for a current Personal Trainer ready to step into a reception role.
• Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness (not essential).

Aufgaben

• Set the standard for a warm, welcoming, no-judgement environment.
• Own the member experience, from a great first visit to genuine, ongoing connection.
• Drive a culture of proactive service: staff noticing, helping and following up with members.
• Manage day-to-day club operations, including cleanliness and facility standards.
• Support member retention and growth through classes, events and community initiatives.
• Ensure the club reflects Temple Gym's values in reception and on the floor.
