Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator at Lakeside Leisure Centre in Raymond Terrace, NSW. You will train, develop and lead Guest Experience Officers and drive subscription memberships across all programs.

The role is part-time (approximately 28 hours per week) with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional extra weekend hours during busy months, reporting to the Sales and Guest Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or memberships is preferred.
• Ability to train, develop and lead staff in guest experience programs.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and lead Guest Experience Officers.
• Drive subscription memberships across all programs.
• Report to Sales and Guest Experience Manager and coordinate on-site operations.
