Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator at Lakeside Leisure Centre, Raymond Terrace. The role leads Guest Experience Officers, trains staff, and drives subscription results across programs, with a 28-hour weekly roster on a Mon-Fri schedule. Some weekend hours may be required during peak seasons to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales and customer facing environment.
• Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure or recreation industries is highly regarded.
• Understanding of KPIs, budgets and service standards.
• Motivating teams to reach targets.
• People-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using social media platforms.
• Willing to work days/evenings and weekends.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• First aid and CPR.
• Experience in team leadership, training and development.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop front-line staff to meet sales targets and deliver guest experiences in line with the Guest Experience Charter.
• Meet new member and growth targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone.
• Offer accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members.
• Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing.
• Conduct tours to convert prospects into members.
• Set rosters in line with business budgets.
• Attend centre senior leadership meetings and projects.
• Compile and present monthly reports.
