Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a part-time Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator at the NSW Michael Wenden Aquatic Leisure Centre in Sydney. You will lead Guest Experience Officers, drive membership growth, manage enquiries, and ensure top-tier guest service across programs, with a focus on data-driven performance and rostering efficiency.

The role requires a mix of evening and weekend work during peak periods, with flexible rostering to suit business and personal needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales and customer facing environment.
• Experience leading teams in health, fitness, leisure or recreation industries is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to monitor performance through data and processes.
• Proven ability to motivate teams to reach targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop front-line staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Meet set new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
• Handle enquiries in line with company processes to provide accurate information and a quality experience.
• Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Conduct tours of the centre to convert prospective members into ongoing members.
• Set rosters in line with the business budgets.
• Attend and participate in centre leadership meetings and projects.
• Compile and present monthly reports.
