Job summary

The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Australia is seeking a part-time Guest Relations team member to welcome guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries, and process transactions. You will have knowledge of hotel facilities and assist with check-in and check-out.

This role requires RSA certification, and a 7‑day rotating roster including evenings and weekends. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not essential; diversity is valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work unsupervised when required.
• Experience in customer service is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations and assisting with guest enquiries
• Having a thorough knowledge of all Hotel and Club facilities
• Processing of financial transactions
