Job summary

Castle Hill RSL Group is seeking a Part Time Gaming Customer Service Attendant to join our friendly gaming floor at Club Parramatta. You will assist guests with gaming machine operations, respond to customer enquiries, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant environment.

Ideal candidates hold RSA and RCG or are willing to obtain them, and can work across a rotating roster including late nights toward 4am and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests with gaming machine operations and responding promptly to customer enquiries
• Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance to ensure gaming machines are functioning correctly
• Adhering to all gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming gaming floor environment
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons
• Accurately handling cash and performing gaming-related financial transactions
• Collaborating with the broader club team to support seamless venue operations
