Job summary

The Shellharbour Club – Shellharbour Village NSW is seeking motivated part-time Gaming Attendants who are customer focused and ready to develop a career in hospitality. In this fast-paced role you will provide high levels of service, perform beverage delivery within the gaming rooms and assist with payouts while keeping the gaming area clean and welcoming.

Current RSA and RCG qualifications are required, with ARCG preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RCG qualifications.
• Current ARCG or willing to obtain.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and the ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, particularly late shifts as we trade until 4am.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service ensuring our patrons' comfort is at a premium standard.
• Wait service, including the delivery of beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms.
• Completion of payout dockets and fixing minor gaming machine faults.
• Ensuring the gaming room cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard at all times.

The Role:

As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for the following:

Providing a high level of customer service ensuring our patrons comfort is at a premium standard.

Key skills and experience for the role:

Current RSA and RCG qualifications.
