Ballarat Leagues Club is seeking a Gaming Manager & Compliance Officer to lead the Gaming area and ensure the club meets AML/CTF, Victorian gaming, and Responsible Gambling obligations.

You will oversee compliance governance, cash controls, TAB and Keno financial safeguards, regulatory reporting to AUSTRAC, audits and staff training, supporting the General Manager to promote integrity and continuous improvement across the Club.

Formación

• Experience in gaming operations and compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF and Victorian gaming legislation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the Club's Compliance Governance Framework
• Assist in AML/CTF Compliance Program
• Ensure ongoing AML/CTF, gaming and Responsible Gambling compliance
• Coordinate compliance audits and regulatory inspections
• Maintain compliance records and registers
• Oversee day-to-day AML/CTF compliance
• Prepare and lodge the annual Compliance Report with AUSTRAC
• Investigate and report SMRs to AUSTRAC when needed
• Provide oversight of Gaming Department and Responsible Gambling practices
• Conduct daily banking for Gaming, TAB and Keno and reconciliations
