Job summary

Korn Ferry Group in Australia is seeking an Executive Search Recruiter for a part-time 0.5 FTE hybrid role based in Sydney. You will partner with RELX and senior stakeholders to lead leadership hiring and develop strategic search plans across APAC.

You'll deliver market mapping, talent intelligence and targeted outreach to identify top executives, while building long-term leadership pipelines and advising on hiring decisions in a fast-paced, information-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven executive search experience in-house, RPO or firm.
• Strong capability influencing senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting across APAC markets is valued.

• Conduct market mapping and targeted search activities.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines.
