Darebin City Council is seeking two Customer and Operations Management Officers to provide administrative, systems and customer service support across Operations & Waste and Natural & Civic Spaces. The roles are permanent part-time (2 x 0.5 FTE) based at the Reservoir Operations Centre in Melbourne.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver high-quality service, manage workflows, maintain records, and support procurement and meetings, helping council deliver services to the community

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service and administration support in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with databases, CRM systems or operational management systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage correspondence, requests, work orders and workflows across Council systems.
• Maintain accurate records and data across customer, asset, finance and operational platforms.
• Support meetings, procurement activities and general office administration.
• Assist operational teams by ensuring information and processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
