South West Healthcare is seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our Central Sterile Services Department at the Warrnambool Campus. You will ensure medical instruments are correctly processed, sterilised and ready for use, supporting safe, high-quality patient care within a collaborative team.

This role offers flexible hours with part-time arrangements (64 hours per fortnight) and a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services (HLT47015) or equivalent.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Good communication and professional approach.
• Commitment to quality, customer-focused service and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, decontaminate, prepare, package and sterilise instruments and equipment.
• Store and distribute instruments to ensure theatre readiness.
• Work under CSSD Manager and CSSD Supervisor to maintain safety and quality.
