Job summary

St John of God Geelong Hospital in Geelong VIC is seeking an Instrument Technician Grade 1 to join the Central Sterile Supply Department on a casual basis. You will support cleaning, inspection, packing, sterilisation and distribution of surgical instruments and sterile supplies.

You will maintain sterile stock levels, assist infection control and quality standards, and work with Operating Theatre and clinical teams to ensure instruments are available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support infection control and quality standards.
• Complete department documentation and audits.
• Collaborate with Operating Theatre and clinical teams to ensure instruments are available when needed.
