Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead our David Jones Carindale concession pad in Brisbane. You will drive a customer-focused experience, coach a small team, and partner with leaders to ensure profitable operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Independent, motivated leader with ability to mentor a team.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture, delivering memorable, seamless experiences.
• Empower the team through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house admin.
• Wednesday to Saturday roster.
