Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Strong ability to drive sales and achieve wage targets within budgets.
• Eye for styling and Visual Merchandising to enhance product presentation.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead concession team to deliver a memorable, customer-focused experience.
• Mentor staff through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to build an effective, profitable concession pad.
