Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor for our David Jones Carindale concession pad in Brisbane. Lead a small team to deliver an elevated customer experience through product knowledge, relationship building, and stylish presentation.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters, and work with leadership to drive sales, wage targets, and KPI achievement while maintaining tight control of stock and operations. The role features a Wednesday–Saturday roster and a focus on brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams (up to 5 staff).
• Independent, motivated leadership with coaching ability.
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture, delivering memorable experiences.
• Mentor and empower the team through training and collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to build an effective, profitable concession pad.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPI’s.
• Oversee rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Wednesday to Saturday roster.
