Kariong Neighbourhood Centre (KNC) is a community-run not-for-profit organisation delivering a range of programs and services that support local families, children and community members. This newly created role combines community engagement, program leadership and people coordination within a small, passionate team.

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead the delivery of community programs, build strong local relationships, support volunteers and staff, and help identify

Competenze

• Experience in community services, family support, children's services or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs or community initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, families or communities.
• Leadership capability and experience supporting staff, volunteers or community groups.

• Coordinating and delivering community programs and activities.
• Coordinating and supporting volunteers, students and program staff.
• Responding and reflecting on community and client feedback.
• Promoting programs and encouraging community participation.
• Assisting with reporting, compliance and organisational activities.
