Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre in Evans Head, NSW, is seeking a Community Projects Coordinator to develop and coordinate volunteer programs and community spaces, strengthen partnerships, and support community development activities.

You will recruit, induct, train and supervise volunteers, ensure compliance, manage budgets and reporting, and contribute to safe, inclusive community services across MRNC sites.

Formación

• Experience in coordinating community projects or volunteer programs.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver licence and ability to travel across MRNC sites and community locations.
• Experience recruiting, supervising and developing volunteers or staff in community services.
• Knowledge of community development and place-based service responses.
• Experience developing, implementing and coordinating projects including planning, documentation and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and coordinate MRNC volunteer programs across MRNC.
• Manage contractual and referral arrangements with external services and organisations.
• Plan, implement and evaluate volunteer programs with safeguarding and MRNC policies.
• Identify external funding opportunities to grow projects and initiatives.
• Build external, business and community relationships to support MRNC outcomes.
• Coordinate volunteer training, orientation and supervision activities.
• Manage project and volunteer budgets, records and reporting.
• Ensure MRNC spaces are safe, accessible and inclusive.
• Participate in marketing, community engagement and partnership meetings.
• Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and organisational planning.
