Job summary

integratedliving is seeking caring Support Workers to assist clients in the Jervis Bay region. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week with a three-day pattern (Mon, Wed, Fri) and hours from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

You’ll help clients stay independent at home across Jervis Bay, Sussex Inlet and nearby areas. As a Support Worker you’ll provide personal care, meals, household tasks, community activities and companionship, tailoring support to each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or working towards.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Help with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Provide companionship and build genuine relationships.
• Encourage independence and support clients to achieve personal goals.
