Job summary

integratedliving Australia Ltd in New South Wales is seeking qualified Support Workers to help clients live well at home across Gosford. You will deliver high-quality community and home-based services across rural, regional, and remote areas, making a real difference in daily living for clients.

The role is permanent part-time with 30 hrs per fortnight, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM shifts, and a supportive induction. Benefits include salary packaging, travel allowance, superannuation, and Perkbox discounts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Genuine passion for helping others live independently.
• National Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Personal care support tailored to each client.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Domestic assistance with light cleaning and safety.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping.
• Meal preparation with simple, nutritious options.
• Encourage hobbies and meaningful moments in daily routines.
